    The MIT Engineering Graduate Fair is a recruitment opportunity for prospective or late-stage graduate students to learn about MIT’s engineering graduate programs, postdoctoral fellowships, and summer research opportunities. IDSS graduate programs, the Doctoral Program in Social and Engineering Systems and the Technology and Policy Program will also be in attendance.
    Agenda:

    1:00 – 1:30 pm ET: Welcome to MIT, an Overview
    1:30 pm – 2:30 pm ET: MIT Summer Research Program Info Session or Post-Doctoral Fellowship for Engineering Excellence
    2:30 pm – 3:30 pm ET: School of Engineering Virtual Grad Fair

    Regardless of citizenship status, all participants who are currently attending a U.S. based institution are eligible for an MIT application fee waiver for up to three graduate programs (excluding Sloan). Please complete the registration form in advance of the event so your attendance can be verified.

    The Technology and Policy Student Society (TPSS) is hosting a 60-minute webinar focused on the student experience. A panel of current students will describe their experiences applying to the program, living in Cambridge, and doing research at MIT. Prospective students will have the ability to submit questions to the panel via Slido. Registration is required to receive the webinar link.

    Students from historically underrepresented groups in higher education are encouraged to attend. We value diversity and strongly encourage participation from individuals from all identities and backgrounds.

    Note that this panel is being run by students and is not affiliated with the TPP Admissions Committee. Consequently, students cannot answer questions assessing the qualifications of any specific candidate nor can they speak on behalf of the Admissions Committee.
